On October 15, the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs moderated by Narek Zeynalyan debated in the first reading the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Labor Code. During the debates the MP Gevorg Papoyan touched upon the voiced concerns.

Afterwards the Committee debated the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Legal Regime of the Military Situation.

The RA Deputy Minister of Health Levon Hakobyan proposed the participants to vote for the draft law. The debated draft laws were endorsed.

The debate of the draft law on Amending the Law on Payment of the Persons Occupying State Offices and State Service Offices was postponed by two months.
