On September 16, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a farewell meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Judith Margareth Farnworth, who was going to complete her diplomatic mission in Armenia.

“During this period we managed to work rather effective, and I hope that in the future these partnership relations will continue,” Ararat Mirzoyan said to the Ambassador.

The RA NA President once again expressed his gratitude to Judith Margareth Farnworth for her participation in the support programme of the electoral processes in the Republic of Armenia, as well as the participation in the programme Modern Parliament for Modern Armenia being now under implementation aimed at the development of the capabilities of the RA National Assembly.

“I am really sorry that this programme important for you will be implemented without your participation,” Ararat Mirzoyan said.

The Ambassador thanked the RA NA President for effective cooperation.
