On August 27, a working debate was held in the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Babken Tunyan. The RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Hakob Arshakyan presented to the Committee members the programmes and the budgetary allocations to be implemented by the draft law on the RA State Budget for 2020.

According to Hakob Arshakyan, it is designed to establish a market cooperation platform in different formats for providing the involvement of the Diaspora with the Armenian companies, organizations and individuals, due to which an opportunity would be created to use the resource of not only financial, but also intellectual ties of the Diaspora.

Hakob Arshakyan answered to the deputies’ raised numerous questions.
