On July 13, an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly Council moderated by Ararat Mirzoyan was held.

By the decision of the Council an amendment and an addendum to the decision in the Eastern Partnership Parliamentary Assembly on Approving the Delegation Members of the Euronest, the Seventh Convocation of the National Assembly was made. Gayane Abrahamyan from My Step Faction will replace Mkhitar Hayrapetyan in the position of the Head of the NA delegation to the Euronest PA, and the deputy Narek Mkrtchyan (My Step) will be included in the delegation.

An amendment was made to the decision of the Council on Approving the delegation members of the Seventh Convocation of the National Assembly in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA), in Armenia-European Union Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation, in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA), in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, in the Orthodoxy Inter-Parliamentary Assembly, in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, in the Parliamentary Assembly of La Francophonie, in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Member States of Commonwealth Independent States (IPA CIS), according to which, the deputy of My Step Faction Sipan Pashinyan will replace the member of NA delegation to the IPA CIS Narek Mkrtchyan.

Amendments and addenda were also made to the decision on Approving the Statute and the Structure of the RA National Assembly Staff of the National Assembly Council for 2017.
