On July 9, an extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs was held, which moderated the Deputy Chair of the Committee Anna Karapetyan.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artak Asatryan presented to the Committee members the draft law on the RA Representative in the European Court of Human Rights and the package of the enclosed draft laws.
The deputies’ questions related to the activity of the office, the representative's authorities and the definition of the proposed age census.
The package of the debated draft laws was endorsed.
The RA draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on and the package of the draft laws on Making Addendum to the RA Civil Condition Acts presented in the second reading by the RA Deputy Minister of Justice were endorsed and will be debated during the extraordinary session of the National Assembly convened on July 9.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artak Asatryan presented to the Committee members in the second reading the RA draft law on Making Addendum to the Criminal Law and the package of the draft laws on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service.
The legislative initiatives were endorsed.
