The NA President of Artsakh Republic Ashot Ghulyan sent a congratulatory address to the NA President of the Republic of Armenia on Constitution Day. It reads:

“Dear Mr Mirzoyan,

On behalf of the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic and personally me I warmly congratulate you and our RA NA colleagues on Constitution Day.

The adoption of the mother law after the restoration of the desirable independence was the most important step on the way of the restoration of statehood, which fixed the character of Armenia as self-sovereign, democratic, legal and social state.

From now on the continuous development of the constitutional culture in the motherland should provide rule of law and strengthen the irrevocable path of the democratic development of the country, guaranteeing decent protection of human and citizen’s rights and progress based on the principles of justice and equality in all spheres of public life.

I once again congratulate you on the state significant holiday and wish you zealous activity for the benefit of the Republic of Armenia and its citizens’ welfare.”
