I warmly congratulate you and the RA NA our colleagues on Republic Day.

More than a century ago the Armenians’ resoluteness and the unbending will of fighting gave birth to the First Republic of Armenia, fixing the lost right to dispose its own destiny through centuries. Though that period of the Armenian independent statehood was short, nevertheless it distinguished with glorious episodes and the steps aimed at the institutional development of the national state.

That important achievement of our newest history was the reliable basis, on which in 1991 we built two Armenian republics providing the viability of the motherland with our unity.

Taking the advantage I would like to express my gratitude to you for the efforts being made and devotion in strengthening the cooperation between the two states, and its best example was the organization of the sitting of the AR NA Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation and the warm reception at high level.

Once again congratulating you on the occasion of this important holiday I wish you inexhaustible energy and patriotic initiatives for the development of the Armenian statehood and its progress,” the congratulatory address by the Head of the Artsakh Parliament reads.
