On May 22, in Paris the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Ruben Rubinyan had meetings with the Chair of the Committee on Foreign Relations, Defense and Armed Forces of the Senate of France Christian Cambon and the Chair of the Committee on European Affairs Jean Bizet.

During the meetings they touched upon the ongoing reforms in Armenia, the positions on the Karabakh conflict settlement, as well as the issues on the regional developments. The agenda of Armenia-EU cooperation was also discussed.

Ruben Rubinyan discussed with his French colleagues issues on the opportunities of boosting the inter-parliamentary cooperation between Armenia and France.

The Committee Chair invited his French colleagues to Armenia.
