“Under Paragraph 1 of Article 166 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 213 the President of the Republic nominated Artur Vagharshyan’s candidacy for the vacancy of the Constitutional Court Judge.
Under Paragraph 5 of Article 141 of the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure the item of the Constitutional Court Judge election will be debated at the first sitting of the regular sittings of the National Assembly to be convened on May 29,” the statement of the RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan reads.
