On April 9, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary sitting.

The RA Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan presented for debate in the second reading the legislative package on Making Addenda and Amendments to the RA Law on Protection of Economic Competition and on Amending the RA Law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on the Body Regulating the Public Services.

Artak Zeynalyan also presented for debate in the second reading the RA draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Law on Holidays and Memorial Days.

The draft law passed in the second reading and completely will enter into force after its official issuance, the next day.

Presenting the draft law on Amending the RA Tax Code, the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan has informed that it is presented for debate in the second reading in the same way, as recommendations have not been received.

The law will enter into force from the first day of the month including the official issuance day.
