At November 22 sitting the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights moderated by Rustam Makhmudyan considered the draft law on Making Amendments and Addendum on Provision of Officials’ Activity, Service and Social Guarantees authored by the government.

The Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee has informed that the RPA Faction presented recommendation on the draft law.

The key speaker, the RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan has noted that the recommendation has no relation with the idea and content of the legislative initiative.

The Committee members endorsed the draft law for debating it at the extraordinary sitting in the second reading.
