On October 31 at 11:00, by the decision of the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan, under the Article 100 of the RA Constitution and Article 41 of the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure, on the initiative of the Government an extraordinary sitting will be convened.
