By the decision of the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan, under Article 100 of the RA Constitution and the Article 41 of the RA Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, at the initiative of the RA Government, on October 22, at 11:00 an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly will be convened.
