On October 17, the sittings of the RA NA Standing Committees were held.

The RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Gevorg Kostanyan in the first reading procedure debated the legislative initiative on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement authored by the RA NA deputies Gevorg Gorgisyan and Hayk Konjoryan.

The deputies and the representative of the government, the First Deputy of the RA Justice Minister Artur Hovhannisyan highlighted the proposed regulations.

The bill authored by the RA NA deputy Naira Zohrabyan on Making Addendum to the RA Law on the RA Holidays and Memorial Days was also debated in the first reading.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Vache Terteryan noted that the issue was regulated by the substantiation of the government.

A number of draft laws were debated in the second reading and endorsed.

There were draft laws on the agenda of the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment. The RA Deputy Minister of Agriculture Garnik Petrosyan presented the bill on Amending the Law on teh Bodies of the State Government System for the first reading.

The draft law on Making Addendum and Amendments in the RA Water Code, presented by the RA Minister of Nature Protection Erik Grigoryan was presented for the MPs’ debate.
