The RA NA Vice President Mikayel Melkumyan with the Delegation of Argentina to the Inter-Parliamentary Union within the framework of the 139th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union going on in Geneva.
In the course of the meeting the development of the Armenian-Argentinean relations was highlighted, in that aspect underlining the role of the large Armenian community of Argentina. The sides touched upon the activities of the Friendship Groups, highlighted the mutual visits and talked about the effective cooperation of the two countries’ delegations in the international organizations.
The RA NA Vice President Mikayel Melkumyan emphasized the increase of the volumes of the trade turnover between Armenia and Argentina, taking into consideration the availability of the appropriate economic potential.
