On September 26, the second of the Investigative Committee created to Make Matter of Examination the Level of Protection of Human Rights in the country on the facts of impeding the execution of the RA NA justice, violating the fair judicial examination and the secrecy of the telephone conversations.

By the proposal of the Committee Chair Gevorg Kostanyan the deputies unanimously elected Committee Deputy Chair the member of Yelq/Way Out Faction Alen Simonyan. The working order was approved.

The item of specifying the format of the officials to be convened at the sitting was also convened. Gevorg Kostanyan also proposed to send an invitation to the Human Rights Defender for taking part in the sitting at the latter's wish.
