On September 12, the RA NA Deputy Speaker Mikayel Melkumyan took part in the 2nd World Parliamentary Forum on Sustainable Development in Indonesia. Mikayel Melkumyan delivered a voluminous speech on the theme: 'The International Problems of Effective Energy Development.'
Parliamentary delegations from more than 100 states took part in the forum.
