The RA NA President’s congratulatory message reads:
“Dear Mr Manukyan, I congratulate you on your 70th anniversary.
Your name and activities are directly connected with the history of nowadays Armenia. You have stood at its sources, being one of the leaders of Karabakh movement and one of the first leaders of the Third Republic of Armenia, as a state and public-political figure, having great contribution both in creating the bases of statehood and strengthening of those bases.
Irrespective of your occupied posts you have served with dignity to the Motherland, today also having activities for the benefit of Armenia.
