On March 30, the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Mane Tandilyan convened an extraordinary sitting.
As presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan, the MPs debated the draft law on Ratifying the Loan Agreement Second Additional Financing of the Improvement Program of Road Net of Vital Importance signed between the Republic of Armenia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).
As the key speaker has informed, the program is the continuation of the Improvement of the Road Net of Vital Importance functioning at present and the Additional Financing of the Improvement Program of Road Net of Vital Importance.
The MPs were against debating similar agreements in urgent regime.
In the phase of addressing questions to Vache Terteryan, the Member of the Committee Vardan Atabekyan proposed the speaker to postpone the debate of the issue. The representative of the government accepted the proposal.
