“Under Part 3 of Article 166 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and the Part 2 of Article 143 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly , the Supreme Judicial Council nominated candidacies for the vacancies of the Judge of the Civil and Administrative Chamber Court of Cassation Edgar Sedrakyan, Argishti Ghazaryan and Artsrun Mirzoyan.

Under Part 4 of Article 143 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly , I announce that the item of the election of the Chairman of the Court of Cassation will be debated at the third sitting the regular sittings of the National Assembly to be convened on September 10,” the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan’s statement reads.
