NA delegation with Artashes Geghamyan and Samvel Nikoyan led by Vahan Hovhannisyan, head of the OSCE PA Armenian delegation will leave for Vienna on February 23 to take part at Winter Meeting session.

On February 24-25 the OSCE PA fourth Winter Meeting will be held, including the sessions of the Standing Committee and three General committees.

On February 24 the joint session of the three general committees will be held, where Alcee Hastings, OSCE PA President and Heinz Fischer, President of Austria will give an opening speech. Dimitrij Rupel, OSCE Chairman-in-Office will give speech. Then sessions of the General Committee on Political Affairs and Security and General Committee on Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment will ve convened.

On February 25 the General Committee on Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian Questions will convene a session.

The same day the joint final session of the three general committees will be held. The procedure of all sessions envisages questions and answers and briefings.
