On October 30, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees the preliminary debates of the RA draft law on the RA State Budget for 2018, which attended the RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan, the RA NA Deputy Speakers Eduard Sharmazanov and Mikayel Melkumyan, deputies and members of the government, began.
