Choosing medical worker’s profession, you assume responsibility not only towards your professional duty and oath, but also for other’s life. And people not only expect medical help and professional support, but also warmth and tender-heartedness. Therefore, your work requires knowledge and experience, high morality and loving heart.
The qualified and reachable medical aid, the improvement of the life quality is one of the priorities of the state’s social policy, and you are one of the most important circles of that policy. The country’s health depends on your professionalism, selfless work and devotion.
I am thankful for everybody’s work done.
I wish you health - which, regardless of profession is the dearest for all of us, peace - in order our professional capabilities are needed only in peaceful conditions, optimism - which is especially a necessity for health workers. I wish welfare and all the best to your families.”
