On May 23, according to 2^nd part of Article 88 of the RA law Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly at the closed door joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the RA National Assembly the preliminary debates of the annual report on Execution of the State Budget for 2015 in the spheres of defense and state reserves were held. The RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan and the RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Haykaram Mkhitaryan made reports. The reports followed the Q & A session with the MPs.
