On May 31 the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Agriculture and Environment and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by the Committee Chairmen Martun Grigoryan and Gagik Minasyan was held. At the joint sitting the performance of the means allocated to the Ministries of Agriculture, Nature Protection and the State Committee for Water Management from the RA state budget in 2013 was debated.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan introduced the report of the execution of the expenditures allocated to the Ministries of Agriculture, Nature Protection and the State Committee for Water Management and noted that during the financial year all designed programmes had been implemented.

The RA Minister of Agriculture presented the works done in the sphere of agriculture.

The Chairman of the RA State Committee for Water Management Andranik Andreasyan also touched upon the water taking from the Lake Sevan and the concerns connected with it.

The RA Minister of Nature protection Aramayis Grigoryan presented the expenditures of the environmental protection programme.

On the same day at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Social Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by the Committee Chairmen Hakob Hakobyan and Gagik Minasyan the reports on the use of financial means allocated to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in 2013 were debated.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan presented the general picture of the budgetary allocations, and the RA Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan introduced the main works done by the Ministry in 2013.
