Dear Compatriots, I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh.
With their dignified fighting and convincing victory for independence the people of Artsakh proved that they cannot only dream and think of living independently, but they have necessary will, strength and spirit to make reality that dream and desire, to be the owner of their rights and historical country.
The Republic of Nagorno Karabakh created by the people’s will during more than 20 years after declaration of independence have overcome the hard historical road of state building full of hardships. Today the Nagorno Karabakh based on the principles of international law is a sovereign state with considerable potential of development has chosen the democratic road of progress.
I am sure that the decisive will and confident steps of Artsakhians of independently possessing their own destiny will result in international recognition, because the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh has justly earned the right of becoming a full-fledged member of international family of states and irreversibly approaches that target.
