On July 4 RA NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan received a group of intellectuals of the jury members of the Republican Youth Recitation Contest-Festival.
Republican Youth Recitation Contest-Festival will be held 5th time under the patronage of the NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan. This time it will be dedicated to Yeghishe Charentz’s 115th anniversary of and Sayat Nova’s 300th anniversary. The jury members presented to Hovik Abrahamyan the preparatory procedure of the festival. They have appreciated the fact that year by year the pupils’ number increases, and from 6000 it has reached to 135.000. The NA Speaker expressed readiness to support festival from now on too.
The intellectuals thanked Hovik Abrahamyan for support and caring attitude towards Armenian Literature and presented their proposals and views.
The first phase of the 5th Republican Youth Recitation Contest-Festival will start in September.
