On March 26 the parliamentary delegation led by the RA National Assembly Speaker Samvel Nikoyan left for Almaty to take part in the Jubilee Session of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS Council to be held on March 27.

In the programme of the visit a number of bilateral meetings are also envisaged, including the Speaker of the RF Federal Council Valentina Matvienko, Speaker of the Mazhilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan, the Chairman of the RF State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs and Relations with Compatriots Leonid Slutsky, the Speaker of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan Kayrat Mami.

The NA deputies Gagik Minasyan and Hermine Naghdalyan are in the RA Parliamentary delegation.
