The regular phase of the 4th Recitation Republican Youth Contest-Festival was held in Armavir Marz on November 12. The best 40 pupils in two peer groups, who were chosen out of about 3860 pupils, who participated in the 1^st phase from 132 schools of the Marz, were participating in the final phase of Armavir Marz of the Recitation Festival under the aegis of the RA NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan. 6 reciters, who were recognized in the final, will compete in the Republican phase.
