According to RA Law On the Order of Discussing the Citizens’ Proposals, Applications and Complaints, the General Division of NA Secretariat gives brief information of the results of the discussion of the letters of 2010 second quarter.
423 citizens’ letters were received, registered and handed to NA Speaker, and 52 letters to NA Vice Speakers. The NA Speaker and the NA Vice Speakers answered all letters.
435 citizens’ letters were handed to NA standing committees, and all of them were answered.
508 citizens’ letters were handed to NA factions, and all of them were answered.
Legislative, legal, health care, social, educational, financial problems are raised in the letters.
