The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Tigran Torosyan signed a decree, according to which, on the initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly at 6:30 p.m. on 17 March 2008, an extraordinary session of the National Assembly is convened with the following agenda:

1. On making amendments and addenda to the RA Law on Conducting Meetings, Assemblies, Rallies and Demonstrations (first reading).
   
   
2. On making amendments and addenda to the RA Law on Conducting Meetings, Assemblies, Rallies and Demonstrations (second reading).
