The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Tigran Torosyan congratulated the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of its independence. The message says:
“Dear compatriots,
I congratulate you on the occasion of the proclamation of the 15th anniversary of the NK independence - the brightest manifestation of our people’s dignity and freedom in the contemporary history.
The existence of the Armenian second state is an undeniable fact, and the progress of Artsakh history is an irreversible reality. The strong will of the heroic people of Artsakh, as well as the boundless dedication of many Armenians, became the firm foundation, on which the NKR was built on. It is growing stronger and firmer as a free and democratic country, which is the most important guarantee for the development and international recognition.
By bowing down our heads before the strong and invincible soul of our entire nation, before the memory of the thousands of the victims and in the name of the freedom of our Motherland, we are obliged to do everything for the sake of Nagorno Karabakh might, security and peace.”
