What were the debates with the EU and other international partners regarding the deployment of the civilian observation mission? The deputy of the Civil Contract Faction Arusyak Julhakyan inquired from the Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during the NA-Government Q&A session.

“The mandate of the mission is clearly established by the relevant decision, the decision is public, the mission is civilian. For Armenia, this mission is another important tool that should be used for the general peace process,” Ararat Mirzoyan said.
