“There are settlements in the republic that have not been gasified. The company serving the sector thinks that the costs of building gasification networks in those small settlements are not justified. We can resolve the issue with the subsidy programs, when the Government and the community jointly build a network, and Gazprom starts serving” the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanoyasyan said, answering the question of the NA deputy Karen Hambardzumyan during the NA-Government Q&A session.
The deputy was interested in the gasification of Vaghatin, Vorotan, Shamb, Darpas, Getatagh, Lor and Shinatagh settlements of Sisian enlarged community, the preparation of road maintenance companies ahead of winter, the work being carried out on the Iran-Armenia third power transmission line and related substation.
