Armen Khachatryan’s Question on Programmes Aimed at the Development of Agriculture by the Government

During the National Assembly-Government Q&A session, the deputy Armen Khachatryan was interested in a number of programmes and events implemented in the development of agriculture during the last years by the RA Government. The deputy noted that the lack of specialists of the agricultural sphere impedes the process.
The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan mentioned that the problem of the lack of specialists can be solved only through the deep and comprehensive reforms in the higher educational system.
