Order of Exchange of Information Being Included in the Credit Histories is Set in the Agreement

At September 14 regular sitting, the parliament debated the draft law on Ratifying the Agreement on Order of the Exchange of Information Included in the Credit Histories Within the Frameworks of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The Agreement sets the order of the exchange of information being included in the credit histories. The use of such information is aimed at promoting the deepening of the integration processes of the financial markets and the formation of the common financial market within the frameworks of the Eurasian Economic Union. The Agreement sets the mechanisms, the order and the conditions of the exchange of cross-border information, the minimum volume of information, which is subject to cross-border exchange, as well as the main principles of the protection of the rights of the consumer and the supplier of the financial services, which arise during the formulation of the credit relations.

The scope of the authorities of the bodies that are engaged with the exchange of cross-border information is also set by the Agreement.

The NA Standing Committee on Regional and Eurasian Integration endorsed the draft.
