At the extraordinary sitting of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Protection, the legislative package on Making Addenda and Amendment to the RA Law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan and designing addenda and amendments to the enclosed laws.

The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan has noted that the order, conditions and restrictions for the use of the territory in Yerevan for organizing public catering service in summer and winter months in the territories of general use, adjacent to the catering facility are set. The order for the provision of permissions envisaged by law on Local Fees and Payments is stipulated. An attempt is being made to regulate the process of organizing seasonal trade, the Council of Elders of Yerevan will define unified regulations, permissible criteria for such facilities and will present the restrictions of foreign trade.

The Committee endorsed the issue.
