At March 24 sitting, the parliament in the second reading passed the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Trade and Services, on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Public Bargaining, on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Petitions, on Amending the RA Civil Code, on Amending the Law on Attraction of Bank Deposits, on the Anti-Corruption Committee by voting, discussed the day before.

The bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Code on Lithosphere was passed in the first reading.

The NA draft decision on extending the term of the authorities of the Inquiry Committee for studying the effectiveness of the measures taken by the Government and the Commandant’s Office to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID 19), to mitigate or eliminate the consequences of the epidemic in the fight against the virus, as well as to study the effectiveness and legality of restrictions of human rights and fundamental freedoms during the state of emergency was adopted by voting.

The deputies by the proposals of the key and co-rapporteurs voted against the legislative package of the RA Civil Code authored by the Government, moving it to the phase of proposals.
