On April 25, the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport moderated by Mkhitar Hayrapetyan organized working debate with the heads of the cultural centres of the capital on the issues concerning the purchase sphere.

The Committee Chair has noted that the main goal is to raise the problems existing in the sphere and try to jointly solve them by legislation with the government.

According to the Director of Yerevan Puppet Show Ruben Babayan, the functioning law on Purchases does not regulate the sphere, but creates obstacles and does not take into consideration the peculiarities.

The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan has noted that the treasury system implements the service and systemisation belonging to the state in accordance with the provisions of the law.

The Minister of Finance expressed readiness to debate the recommendations and find solutions in the framework of the profession.

According to Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the government carries out distinct control functions in the purchase sphere and provides its transparency.
