On April 10, the RA NA Standing Committees convened sittings.

At the extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Babken Tunyan the bill on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Lotteries authored by the deputies Alen Simonyan, Sipan Pashinyan and Naira Zohrabyan was debated.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan presented the positive position of the government.

The Committee members delivered speeches. The Committee will continue the debate of the draft law at the next sitting.

One item was included in the agenda of the next sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport, which moderated the Committee Chair Mkhitar Hayrapetyan.

The Chairman of the Commission on Televevision and Radio Tigran Hakobyan presented the report on the Activity of the Television and Radio Commission for 2018.

Summing the debate the Committee Chair of the NA Standing Committee Mkhitar Hayrapetyan expressed readiness to continue the debates of the problems concerning the sphere, having an aim to solve the legislative gaps and shortcomings.

By the decision of the RA NA Standing Committee the report will be proposed to include in the draft law of the agenda of the NA upcoming sittings.
