On April 14 the sitting of the National Assembly was not held due to the absence of quorum. In the morning sitting 35 MPs were registered, and after three-hour registration, according to NA Rules of Procedure, the number of the registered MPs reached 38.

NA Vice Speaker Tigran Torosyan announced about the absence of quorum and not holding the sitting.
