On November 3, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gevorg Kostanyan and Gagik Minasyan the RA draft law on the RA State Budget for 2019 was debated.

The incomes and the expenditures to be allocated to the state and judicial bodies, to the Staff of the Human Rights Defender of the power designed by the RA draft law on the RA State Budget for 2019 were debated.

The RA Acting Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan touched upon the main peculiarities of compiling of the budgetary document.

Afterwards those responsible for their spheres presented the allocations of the state budget and the programmes to be implemented next year.

The Chief of the RA President’s Staff Emil Tarasyan, the RA NA Chief of Staff-Secretary General Ara Saghatelyan, the Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff Eduard Aghajanyan, the Chief of Staff of the RA Constitutional Court Vladimir Vardanyan, the Head of the RA Higher Court Council Judicial Department Karen Poladyan, the RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan, the RA Acting Justice Minister Arman Tatoyan, the Secretary General of the RA Prosecutor’s Office Hamayak Navasardyan, the Chairman of the RA Audit Chamber Levon Yolyan, the Head of the RA Investigative Committee Department Aram Nikoyan, the Deputy Head of the RA Special Investigative Service Vladimir Hovhannisyan, the Chairman of the RA Central Electoral Committee Tigran Mukuchyan touched upon the programme budget, the projects, the events to be implemented next year and the steps to be taken.

The debates of the draft state budget for 2019 will continue at November 4 joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees.
