Article 1. In Part 3 of Article 7 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” of December 16, 2016 LA-9-N, the words “at least 54 percent” shall be replaced by the words “at least 52 percent.”

Article 2. This Law shall enter into force on the day fixed for the next regular elections for the National Assembly.
