Article 1. Part 2 of Article 5 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” of December 16, 2016 LA-9-N (hereinafter - Law) shall be supplemented with paragraph 23 by the following content:

“23) shall appoint a standing committee of the National Assembly with the power to nominate a candidate for commissions electing  laureate of state prizes of the Republic of Armenia and a candidate for the competitive committee of the Republic of Armenia.”

Article 2. Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Article 12 of the Law after the words “to the National Assembly” shall be supplemented with the words “or other state bodies.”

Article 3. This Law shall enter into force on the day after its official promulgation.
