c) for ejection of harmful substances into the air basin from automobiles and mechanisms registered in foreign countries, that enter or operate in the Republic of Armenia in terms of the type of vehicle and carrying capacity:

For transportation of goods

Article 3. Payment for Allocation of Production and Consumption Wastes in the Environment

Set the following payment rates for allocation of production and consumption wastes in the environment in due procedure of law:

Danger of fourth degree	1,200 drams
Non-toxic and not dangerous wastes	600 drams

Legal entities mining in mountainous areas shall not pay for dumping of non-toxic wastes.
