Article 1.   The Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” of December 16,

2016, LA-9-N, shall be supplemented with Article 133.7 with the following content.

“Article 133.7. Presentation and Discussion of the Report of the Chair of the Information Systems Regulation Commission .

1. The Chair of the Information Systems Regulation Committee shall submit a report to the National Assembly by June 1 of each year on the activities of the Information Systems Regulation Committee for the previous year.

2. The report shall be discussed at the sitting of the National Assembly in accordance with the procedure established by Part 3 of Article 126 of the Rules of Procedure, upon presentation by the Chair of the Information Systems Regulation Committee”.

Article 2. This law shall enter into force from the moment the Law “On the Information Systems Regulation Body” enters into force.
