Born on February 25, 1977 in Spitak City of Lori Province.

1999 - Graduated from the Law faculty of Yerevan State University - lawyer.

2002-2005 - worked as a leading specialist then a chief specialist in the Normative Methodical Department of the Ministry of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia.

2004-2005 worked as a head assistant for the State Tax Service attached to the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

2005-2009 worked as a deputy head of the staff in the State Fund for Social Insurance of the Republic of Armenia, then Head of the Control Department.

2006-2009 - Deputy Head of the State Fund for the Social Insurance of the Republic of Armenia.

On September 17, 2009 elected a Member of Parliament through proportional electoral order from the Armenian Republican party.

He is married with one child.
