Born on September 1, 1961 in the village of Azatashen in Ararat province.
2011 - Graduated from the faculty of Agronomy of the Armenian Agricultural Academy.
1989-1993 - He worked as a senior operator in Masis oil store.
1993-1997 - He ran the Masis Oil Products Company on importing and reprocessing oil products.
2000-2007 - He was an executive director of Masis Oil Products CJC.
On May 12, 2007 - He was elected a Deputy of the National Assembly from the electoral district #16.
He is married with four children.
