Born January 19, 1989 in Yerevan.

2007- 2009 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

2011 -  Graduated from the Department of Turkology of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of YSU (bachelor's degree).

2013 - Master's Degree at the same Faculty.

2016 - YSU Faculty of Law (bachelor's degree).

2016-2018 - Manager of the condominium “Hamalsaranakanner” (University Students).

Since 2017 - Deputy Chairman of the NGO “For the Protection of International Conventions.”

2018 - Member of the initiative group of the movement “My Step.”

September - October, 2018 - Member of the Municipal Council of Yerevan.

2018 - 2020 - Governor of Vayots Dzor province.

2020 - 2021 - Chief of Staff of the “Civil Contract” party.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Civil Contract” party.
