Born May 6, 1982 in the village of Gegamavan in Gegharkunik province.

2003 - Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of YSU (Yerevan State University).

2005 - Master's degree of the same Faculty.

2008 - Postgraduate of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. Candidate of Historical Sciences.

2008 - 2009 - Researcher at the National Archives of Armenia, Adviser to the Vice President of the National Assembly.

2009 - 2012 - Assistant to a Member of the National Assembly.

2016 - 2018 - Adviser to the Minister of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia.

June - September 2018 - Governor of Gegharkunik.

2019 - 2021- Director of “Navasar” LLC.

Since 1999 - Member of the ARF.

2002 - 2006 - Chairman of the student union “Nikol Aghbalyan.”

2006 - 2007, then since 2016 - Member of the Supreme Body of the ARF of Armenia. Since 2019 - Representative of the Supreme Body of the ARF of Armenia.

June 20, 2021 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Armenia” alliance of parties.

August 6, 2021 - July 1, 2022 - Vice President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

Author of a number of scientific articles.

Married with three children.
